RCTC Life Series Presents: Gothic Cathedrals

Dec 9th, 2015

In the late 11th Century, a new style of church architecture was born in Paris. It later acquired the name "Gothic." In a relatively few years a number of other new or rebuilt cathedrals were constructed in and around Paris in this evolving style. We will explore the historical and philosophical reasons behind this great building boom, and visit some of these great monuments of medieval times.
